摘　　要：图书馆员专业阅读与专业能力的提升密切相关。大数据时代,泛在的知识环境与虚拟研究环境使现代图书馆的服务模式发生了深刻变革。因此,我国图书馆界有必要总结国内外以往的图书馆员专业阅读相关研究成果与实践活动,研究大数据时代图书馆员专业阅读与专业能力的关联、对接及实现步骤,以为我国图书馆员的专业阅读提供借鉴。The professional reading of librarians is closely related to the promotion of their professional abilities. In big data era, the ubiquitous knowledge environment and the virtual research environment make the service mode of modern libraries change deeply. Therefore, it is necessary for the library circle in China to summarize previous researches and practice activities related to the professional reading of librarians at home and abroad, study the relevancy, the connection and implementation steps between the professional reading and the professional ability of librarians in big data era, in order to provide references for the professional reading of librarians in China.
