摘 要:与常规的标准设计相比,全寿命周期设计需要更多的项目资源配套投入,其多目标前提下的全面运筹优化特征,本质上内含一定的集成创新风险。确定风险因素的责任相关者,合理的风险分担是激励设计单位进行全寿命周期设计的关键。基于风险分担的原则,将影响全寿命周期设计的9个直接风险因素在发包人和设计人之间进行分担,得到分配矩阵。结合问卷调查验证了理论分析的正确性。研究成果明确了风险因素及风险责任方的匹配,有利于相关责任方确定工作重点,促进全寿命周期设计的开展。Compared with the conventional design standards,life cycle design requires more resources and has certain integrated innovation risks. Identifying responsibility stakeholders of risk factors is critical to life cycle design for design units based on reasonably risk allocation. Based on the principle of risk allocation,the risk allocation matrix was established by sharing the 9 key risk factors between the Employer and the designer. Questionnaire was used to verify the accuracy of the theoretical analysis. The study results indicate that identification of risk factors undertaker is beneficial to confirm their key work points,which can ensure the success of life cycle design completion.
