摘　　要：目的:为创建一个数字化、高标准、高质量的门诊输液服务新模式,提升医院的诊疗效率和综合竞争力。方法:通过门诊输液管理系统,运用无线网络技术和条码技术等信息化手段对儿科门诊输液流程进行优化和改造。结果:该系统实现输液流程的全数字化管理,减少医疗差错,缩短患者就医时间,改善输液环境。结论:该系统提高医院的服务质量和医院的医疗竞争力,同时提高了医院的管理水平。OBJECTIVE To establish a digital, high-standard and high-quality new service mode for outpatients infusion, to enhance the efficiency and competitiveness of the hospital METHODS Through the on-line system management of outpatients infusion,using wireless network technology and bar code technology and other means of information, the process of infusion management system in outpatient department of pediatrics was optimized and re-builted. RESULTS The system of digital man- agement of infusion process was realized, which could reduce the medical errors, shorten the time of patients, and improve the in fusion environment. CONCLUSION The system improved the quality of service and hospitals medical competence, and im- proved the management level of hospital.
