摘 要:提出了一种新颖的角度不敏感玉米茎秆抗弯强度的测定方法,设计了基于ARM11结构的角度不敏感玉米茎秆抗弯强度测定仪.运用2个角度传感器实时监测玉米茎秆抗弯强度的拉力作用方向和茎秆弯曲方向,将拉力值校正到与茎秆垂直的方向上,实现玉米茎秆抗弯强度测定不受拉力方向的变化影响,自动建立玉米茎秆弯曲过程中拉力变化曲线并显示拉力的最大校正值.试验结果表明,角度校正后,玉米茎秆拉力方向从47.7°至86.5°玉米茎秆弯曲时的最大拉力值与90°方向时的拉力值一致,相对标准偏差为4.49%.The measurement principle of the bending strength of corn stalks using the angle-insensitive method was presented in this paper. The circuit board designed for the measurement of the bending strength of corn stalk using the microprocessor based on ARMll architecture was introduced as well. Two angular sensors were used to calibrate the bending strength corresponding to the value at angle of 90° between the corn stalk and the pull force to eliminate the influence resulted from variable angles in this experiment. One was installed on the surface of corn stalks for monitoring the changes in the direc- tion of the corn stalk, while the other was embedded inside the portable tester for obtaining the direc- tion of pull force which was used to bend the corn stalks. The pull force curve indicated the change of bending strength was established automatically and the maximum of the calibrated bending strength was displayed on the screen. Experimental results show that the pull forces adjusted in the angles ranging from 47.7°to 86.5°were approximately the same value obtained at the angle of 90°with the relative standard deviation of 4. 49%
