摘 要:采用明胶与乙二醛复配,对棉织物进行抗皱整理。研究明胶水解条件及其与乙二醛复配整理工艺条件对棉织物抗皱效果的影响。试验表明,水解明胶与交联剂乙二醛复配使用,具有很好的协同增效作用,其水解处理的优化工艺为:柠檬酸与干明胶的质量比为1:8,40℃水解60min;水解明胶与乙二醛复配整理的优化工艺为:水解明胶10g/L,乙二醛90g/L,催化剂硫酸铝30g/L,整理液pH值5~6,浸轧温度20℃,140℃焙烘1.5min。棉织物经该优化工艺整理后,折皱回复角提高率达30%~45%,五次水洗提高率仍保持20%左右;织物的毛效和吸湿性能提高,但白度有所降低,断裂强度显著降低。DP finish of cotton fabric is carried out with the combination of gelatin and glyoxaI.The influences of hydrolysis condi- tions of gelatin and its combination with glyoxal on crease resistance property of cotton are discussed. The results show that the compound of hydrolyzed gelatin and crosslinker glyoxal has excellent synergic effect. The optimum hydrolysis process of gelatin is hydrolyzed at 40 ℃for 60 min with the mass ratio of citric acid to dry gelatin of 1 ~ 8. The optimized finishing process is determined as follows: hydrolyzed gelatin 10 g/L, glyoxal 90 g/L, catalyst aluminum sulfate 30 g/L, pH value .5 ~ 6, padding at 20 ℃ ,and curing at 140 ℃ for 1.5 min. The crease recovery angle of cotton fabric increases by 30%~45% after finishing and by 20% after five cycles laundering. The fabric features improved capillary effect, increased moisture absorption, decreased white- ness and significantly reduced tensile strength.
