急性心理应激对不同鼠种血浆Ghrelin水平的影响

摘　　要：【目的】探讨急性心理应激对不同鼠种血浆Ghrelin水平的影响。【方法】将WKY(Wistar Kyoto)及SPD(Sprague Dawley)大鼠暴露于水中1 h,分别于应激前及应激后采集大鼠血清。【结果】急性心理应激后SPD及WKY两鼠种血浆ACTH[(617.01±70.08),(689.58±76.98)]及Ghrelin水平[(6.64±0.87),(5.61±0.84)]较应激前ACTH[(363.14±58.53),(403.06±68.77)]和Ghrelin[(3.56±0.62),(3.40±0.43)]显著提高(P<0.01,P<0.01),应激后SPD大鼠血浆ACTH含量低于WKY大鼠(P<0.05),Ghrelin水平明显高于WKY大鼠(P<0.05)。【结论】急性心理应激可明显提高血Ghrelin水平,且SPD大鼠血浆Ghrelin含量显著高于WKY大鼠。[Objective] The aim of this study was to examine the effect of acute psychological stress on circulating Ghrelin levels in different kingds of rat strains. [Methods] We measured plasma Ghrehn in WKY（Wistar Kyoto） rats and SPD （Sprague Dawley） rats, exposed to water avoidance stress for 1 h. Blood was collected before and after the stress. [ Results ] After acute stress,the plasma ACTH [（617.01 ±70.08）, （689.58 ± 76.98）land Ghrelin concentration[（6.64 ± 0.87）, （5.61 ± 0.84）]in both strains of rats are higher than the plasma ACTH[（363.14 ± 58.53）,（403.06 ± 68.77）land Ghrelin concentration[（3.56 ± 0.62）, （3.40 ± 0.43）]before acute stress（P 〈 0.01, P 〈 0.01）. ACTH level after acute stress was lower in the SPD rats than in the WKY rats（P 〈 0.05）, while Ghrelin level was higher （P 〈 0.05）. [Conclusion ] We conclude that acute psychological stress mobilizes Ghrelin and that the SPD rats respond with a higher plasma Ghrelin concentration than the WKY rats.
