摘  要:城市脱水污泥的流变特性是其管道输送工艺设计的基本参数。该文用平行板旋转流变仪(AR2000)对污泥流变特性进行了试验研究,通过改变温度和含水率并采用Carreau-Bird模型对污泥流变数据进行拟合处理。结果表明,污泥在不同含水率下随着剪切速率的增加,流变由屈服假塑性流体向宾汉流体转化,污泥黏度逐渐变小,表现出剪切变稀现象;表观黏度与污泥的输送密切相关,当含水率为72.67%-87.4%时,表观黏度较低,适于远距离泵送;Carreau-Bird模型对污泥流变曲线拟合处理比较好,零剪切黏度随温度变化非常大,无穷大剪切黏度随含水率变化比较小,含水率为67.41%左右时,时间常数出现最高值,含水率为81.3%-87.4%时,时间常数随含水率的降低而增大,含水率为63.65%-67.41%时,时间常数随含水率的降低而变小。The rheological properties of city dewatered sludge are the basic parameters of its pipeline process design, in this paper, by using a parallel plate rotary rheometer (AR2000) to study rheological properties of the sludge, varying the temperature and water content and using the Carreau-Bird model to fit and process the flow data of sludge. We have found that, at differentmoisture contents with the increase of shear rate, the sludge rheology transforms from the yield pseudoplastic fluid to Bingham fluid, the viscosity of sludge becomes smaller then exhibiting the phenomenon of shear thinning. The apparent viscosity is closely related to the transport of sludge and due to its low apparent viscosity, when moisture content is 72.67%-87.4%, the sludge is suitable for pumping; using Carreau-Bird model to fit sludge rheology curve is relatively good, zero-shear viscosity changes very large with temperature variation, and infinite shear viscosity changes slightly as moisture varies. The time constant appears the maximum when moisture content is near 67.41%, and it increases with the decrease of water content when moisture content is in the range of 81.3% to 87.4%, but it turns smaller with the decrease of water content when its moisture content is in the range of 63.65% to 67.41%.
