摘　　要：目的:探讨瘦素在卵巢癌组织和癌旁组织、卵巢癌患者血清和尿液中的表达以及与卵巢癌发生、发展情况的关系。方法:用聚合酶链反应(PCR)和蛋白免疫印迹(Western Blot)法检测20例卵巢良性肿瘤组织、卵巢癌组织及相应癌旁组织中瘦素的表达,酶联免疫吸附实验(ELISA)测定25例卵巢癌患者术前和术后尿液中瘦素的表达,ELISA测定35例卵巢癌患者术前和术后血清中瘦素的表达。结果:卵巢癌组织中瘦素的表达水平明显高于癌旁组织和良性卵巢肿瘤组织中瘦素的表达,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),卵巢癌患者血清和尿液中瘦素的表达水平术前高于术后,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:瘦素在卵巢癌的发生、发展中可能起着一定的作用,但其具体的作用机制及是否可以作为卵巢癌诊断或预后的指标需进一步的研究。[ Abstract J Objective： To explore the expressions of leptin in ovarian cancer tissue, ovarian para - carcinoma t^ssue, serum and u- fine and its relationship with occurrence and development of ovarian cancer. Methods： PCR and Western Blot were used to detect the ex- pressions of leptin in 20 specimens of ovarian benign tumor, 20 specimens of ovarian ovarian and para - carcinoma ; ELISA was used to detect the expressions of leptin in urine specimens of 25 patients with Ovarian cancer and serum specimens of 35 patients with ovarian cancer before and after surgery. Results ： The expression level of leptin in ovarian cancer was statistically significantly higher than those in ovarian para - carcinoma and ovarian benign tumor （P 〈 0. 01 ） ; in patients with ovarian cancer, the expression levels of leptin in serum and urine before surgery were statistically significantly higher than those after surgery （P 〈 0. 01 ） . Conciusion： Leptin may play a certain role in occur- rence and development of ovarian cancer, further studies are needed to confirm the specific mechanism and whether it can be used as one in- dex to diagnose and predict prognosis of ovarian carlcer.
