摘  要:根据永磁伺服电机驱动定量泵液压动力源的系统特性,并结合电机、泵、油液相关参数建立了泵输出流量和压力的软测量模型,通过较易获得的电机转速和转矩电流信号实现了对定量泵输出流量和压力的间接测量,根据油液粘温、粘压特性及实际工况特性修正泵的泄漏系数,进一步提高测量模型精度和拓展测量范围,并且测量模型有效地避免了传统测量中信号采集的干扰和实测流量响应延迟问题。实验表明:该软测量模型精度高、响应速度快,其流量闭环控制动态特性也明显优于传统流量测量反馈系统。According to characteristics of permanent magnet synchronous servo motor driven constant pump hydraulic system, and relevant parameters of the motor, the pump and the oil, an in- direct measurement system for flow and pressure based on soft- sensing model is established. The measurement of the output flow and pressure of constant pump are realized easily by measuring the speed and the torque of the motor. The accuracy of measurement of the model has been improved and the range of measurement has been expanded with the oil viscosity-temperature behavior, viscosi- ty-pressure characteristic and the conditions fuzzy compensation co- efficient. The measurement model is effective to avoid the interfer- ence and response delay for measured flow of the traditional mea- surement signal acquisition. Experimental results show that the soft- sensing model is of enough accuracy and has an excellent response, whose dynamic characteristics of the closed loop control for flow is obviously superior to the traditional measured flow feedback system.
