帕利哌酮治疗甲基苯丙胺所致精神障碍52例临床分析

摘　　要：目的 评估帕利哌酮治疗甲基苯丙胺所致精神障碍的疗效和不良反应.方法 对52例符合中国精神疾病分类方案与诊断标准第三版（CCMD-3）诊断为甲基苯丙胺所致精神障碍的患者,均服用帕利哌酮治疗3周,采用简明精神病量表（BPRS）和副反应量表（TESS）评定患者精神症状、疗效和不良反应.结果 治疗1周末的BPRS总分及各因子分明显低于治疗-前（t =2.04 ～2.40,P＜0.05）；治疗2、3周末的BPRS总分及各因子分低于治疗前更为显著（t=5.91～18.05,P＜0.01）.治疗3周末总有效率为96.1％,未见明显不良反应.结论 帕利哌酮能快速有效治疗甲基苯丙胺所致精神障碍.Objective To explore the efficacy and side effects of paliperidone in the treatment of methamphetamine-induced psychi- atric disorder. Methods A total of 52 cases diagnosed with the CCMD - 3 criteria as having methamphetamine-induced psychiatric dis- order were treated with paliperidone for 3 weeks. The efficacy was assessed with Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale （BPRS） and the side effects were assessed with Treatments Emergent Symptoms Scale （TESS）. Results The total scores of BPRS and the scores of each factor after one-week of treatment were lower than those before treatment（ t = 2.04 ~ 2.40 ,P 〈0.05 ） ; They were more significantly lower at 2, 3 week after than before treatment （t = 5.91 - 18.05, P 〈 0.01 ）. The effective rates of paliperidone was 96.1% after the treatment for 3 weeks, there were less adverse effects. Conclusion Paliperidone is rapid and effective in the treatment of patients with psychiatric disor- der by methamphetamine.
