摘 要:目的探讨阅读疗法辅助治疗焦虑症的效果。方法将100例焦虑症患者随机分为对照组和实验组。对照组给予抗焦虑药物治疗,实验组在药物治疗的基础上,施以阅读疗法,两组疗程均为4周。观察两组焦虑症状的改善情况。结果两组汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分干预后较干预前均下降,实验组HAMA总因子分下降值与对照组比较差异有统一性意义(t=4.725,P<0.01)。干预后实验组的生活质量量表增加值与对照组相比,差异有统一性意义(t=15.395,P<0.01)。结论阅读疗法对焦虑症患者的治疗具有显著的效果,能显著改善焦虑症患者的症状和生活质量。Objective To explore the effect of bibliotherapy on patients with anxiety disorder. Methods A total of 100 patients with anxiety disorder were randomly divided into control and experimental group both of 50. Both groups were given anti-anxiety drugs ,the ex- perimental group additionally received 4 - week bibliotherapy. To observe the improvement of anxiety symptoms of two groups. Results The total score of Hamilton Anxiety Scale was significantly decreased after intervention in both groups, with the decrease in the experi- mental group was greater than that in the control group (t =4. 725 ,P 〈0.01 ). After the intervention,the total score and factors scores of World Health Organization Quality of Life Assessment instrument - 100( WHOQOL - 100 )from the experimental group increased signifi- cantly(t = 15. 395 ,P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion In the treatment of patients with anxiety disorders, bibliotherapy have significant effects, it can improve the patients ~ symptoms and quality of life.
