摘　　要：目的 研究酒中毒后肇事者犯罪学特征及饮酒习惯.方法 采用自制一般情况调查表和饮酒情况调查表对酒中毒后肇事者进行问卷调查,收集2007-2012年北京某医院精神疾病司法鉴定科进行的酒中毒后司法精神病学鉴定的资料,并对所收集的资料进行回顾性分析.结果 酒精组和对照组在作案动机、案件类型、作案前准备、作案场所和作案目的5方面存在显著性差异（x2 =11.829,15.438,27.645,8.332,10.050;P ＜0.05）；慢性酒中毒者在饮酒种类上都是白酒,饮酒年限多在11～20年.结论 酒中毒后司法精神病学鉴定者多为男性,多在21 ～40岁之间,多为汉族,初中,是未婚,无业者；酒中毒后司法精神病学鉴定者一般无作案动机及作案前准备.Objective To explore the criminological characteristics and drinking habits of perpetrators after alcohol intoxication from 2007 to 2012. Methods Using self-made general questionnaire and alcohol consumption inventory to investigate perpetrators after alco- hol intoxication. Collection data in Beijing Huilongguan Hospital from 2007 -2012, and the data collected were retrospectively analyzed. Results These cases accepted the appraisal of forensic psychiatry after alcohol intoxication were most men,aged from 21 to 40 years old, mostly were Han ethnic ,junior high school educational level, unmarried and unemployed;Judicial psychiatric appraisal cases general- ly had no motive, were troublemakers more, no commit crime preparation, no trigger event, commit crime places were the other public places, there was no clear job purpose ;There were significant differences in motive ,the types of cases ,job preparation, the purpose of the job sites and job between two groups （ X2 = 11. 829,15. 438,27. 645,8. 332,10.050 ; P 〈 0.05 ） ; Cases with chronic alcohol intoxication drunk white wine,their drinking age was 11 to 20 years. Conclusion Judicial psychiatric appraisal cases are most male,21 -40 years old, Han nationality,junior high school education level, unmarried and unemployed;Judicial psychiatric appraisal cases after alcohol in- toxication have no crime motivate and crime preparation.
