微小染色体蛋白5在胃癌中的表达及临床意义

摘　　要：目的 探讨微小染色体维持蛋白5（MCM5）在胃癌组织中的表达及其意义。 方法 用免疫组织化学SP 方法检测21例胃溃疡组织、30例不同时期胃癌组织中MCM5的表达。 结果 MCM5高表达于胃癌细胞核，胃癌组织中的MCM5表达率为63.3%（19/30），胃溃疡组织中MCM5表达率4.7%（1/21），两者相比差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）；Ⅳ期胃癌患者的MCM5表达明显高于Ⅱ-Ⅲ期的表达（P〉0.05），Ⅱ-Ⅲ期的表达明显高于Ⅰ期（P〈0.01）。 结论 MCM5与胃癌发生、发展相关，可作为新的胃癌增殖标志物。Objective To investigate the expression of mini-chromosome maintenance protein 5 （MCM5） expression in gastric cancer tissue and its significance. Methods Immunohistochemical SP method were used in 21 patients with gastric ulcer tissues, 30 cases of gastric carcinoma MCM5 expression. Results high expres- sion of MCM5 in gastric cancer cells in gastric cancer tissues, MCM5 expression rate of 63.3% （19/30）, gas- tric ulcer tissue MCM5 expression rate of 4.7% （ 1/21 ） , P 〈 0.05 ; Stage Ⅳ and Ⅱ - Ⅲ high expression in gastric cancer, was significantly higher in stage Ⅳ stage （P 〈 0.01 ） ; and the expression of MCM5 in stage Ⅱ - Ⅲ were statistically significant difference （ P 〉 0.05 ）. There were statistically significant differential expression without lymph node metastasis of gastric cancer tissue MCM5 （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions MCM5 and gastric cancer occurrence and development, can be used as a new gastric tumor proliferation markers.
