对儿童注意缺陷多动障碍综合干预的疗效研究

摘  要:目的探讨对儿童注意缺陷多动障碍进行综合干预的有效性。方法采用1:1配对法获取试验组与对照组样本(31对),通过为期10个月的医院与家庭、药物与非药物的综合干预,从考察Conner'S儿童行为量表总分、F 90.0阳性症状数的差异判断干预的有效性。结果干预前,试验组与对照组在儿童行为量表总分和阳性症状数方面差异均无统计学意义(统计量分别为t=-1.08和t=-2.01,P>0.05)。干预后,试验组与对照组在儿童行为量表总分和阳性症状数的差异具有统计学意义(统计量分别为t=-8.71和t=-6.20,P<0.001)。试验组自身前后比较在儿童行为量表总分和阳性症状数方面的差异也有统计学意义(统计量分别为t=21.63和t=20.97,P<0.001)。结论干预后试验组的行为问题水平、阳性症状水平均优于对照组,也优于干预前的自我水平,说明干预是有效的。[ Objective ] To discuss the effectiveness of comprehensive intervention for children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder. [ Methods ] 1:1 matching method was used to obtain samples (31 pairs) of trial group and control group. Through a 10-month integrated intervention of the hospital and family, the drug and non-drug, to determine the effectiveness of the intervention from the differences of Conner'S Child Behavior Checklist total score, the number of F 90.0 positive symptoms. [ Results ] Before the intervention, comparisons between trial group and control group total score and the number of positive symptoms in Child Behavior Checklist respectively show that t=-l.08 and t=-2.01, the difference is not statistically significant (P〉0.05); After the intervention, comparisons between trial group and control group total score and the number of positive symptoms in Child Behavior Checklist respectively show that t=-8.71 and t=-6.20; comparisons between the trial group's own scores of before and after the intervention in Child Behavior Checklist scores and the number of positive symptoms show that t=21.63 and t=20.97, the effectiveness indicators differences between the comparisons of the inter-group and intra-group are statistically significant (P〈0.001). [ Conclusion ] After the intervention, the trial group behavior problem level, positive symptom level were superior to the control group levels, also superior to its self-levels before the intervention. The intervention is effective.
