摘  要:为研究小号码道岔扳动力随密贴刚度的变化规律,解决小号码道岔扳动力偏大的问题,基于变分形式的最小势能原理,建立尖轨和心轨的转换有限元模型,研究了随钢轨密贴段刚度变化,尖轨和心轨扳动力的变化规律。结论:钢轨的密贴段刚度较小时,钢轨密贴段刚度对牵引扳动力的影响可以忽略不计,密贴段刚度达到104N/m后,牵引点的扳动力随钢轨密贴段刚度的增大有一个较大幅度的增长,降低扳动力能够为小号码道岔使用小功率的转辙机提供基础条件。The aim of this study was to ascertain the change rule of switching force of small-sized turnout with the change of closure section's stiffness, so as to solve the problem of excessive switching force of small-sized turnout. Based on the theory of minimum potential energy, this study built the finite element models about switch rail's transition and frog rail's transition, and researched the change rules of the switching forces of switch rail and frog rail with the change of closure section's stiffness. Then this study came to the conclusion:when the closure section's stiffness was small, it had a negligible effect on the switching force of traction point;after the closure section's stiffness reached up to 104 N/m, there would be a considerable increase of the switching force of traction point with the increase of closure section's stiffness;reducing the switching force would lay a foundation for using small power switch machine in small-sized turnout.
