建筑企业安全氛围对员工安全行为的影响及实证

摘　　要：员工安全行为是企业安全生产的基础,而良好的安全氛围对实现企业安全生产有积极作用。为进一步探讨建筑企业安全氛围对员工安全行为的影响机理,选取安全氛围中的管理层承诺、工作环境和安全意识3个维度,分析其对员工安全行为的作用路径,并应用结构方程模型进行实证检验。结果表明,工作环境和安全意识对员工安全行为有直接的显著正向影响;而管理层承诺对营造安全氛围起主导作用,并通过工作环境和安全意识作用于员工安全行为。研究表明,建筑企业重点关注管理层承诺有助于营造良好的安全氛围,从而有利于员工安全行为的改善,提升安全生产能力。This article is aimed to engage in an empirical study on the effect of safety atmosphere on the safety performance in the construction enterprises. It is a common idea that the behavior and performance of employees is of great importance to an enterprise, so is the safety and stability of the working environment to the quality and efficiency of an enterprise. In order to disclose the working principle and relation between the safety atmosphere and the employees＇ safety behavior, this paper has chosen such items as the management commitment, the working environment, the safety awareness as three dimensions of the safety atmosphere for our analysis. In doing so, we have established a structural equation model （SEM） by the actual data we have collected and testing it empirically. For our research purpose, we have been to distinguish engineering departments and done investigations through questionnaire, and, then recycled the effective questionnaires, in addition to organizing related data. While analyzing the data, we have adopted softwares named SPSS 19.0 and AMOS 17.0. The other related research forms we have mainly undertaken include： the reliability analysis, the validity analysis, the structural equation modeling analysis, and the mediation effect analysis. The analysis results of our investigation indicate that the working environment and safety consciousness have direct and positive influence on the safety behavior. The standard path coefficient of the working environment on the safety behavior proves to be 0.623, while the standard coefficient of the safety awareness on the safety behavior turns to be 0.350. What is more, the management commitment also proves to play a vital role in creating the safety atmosphere, and affects the safety behavior positively through the working environment and safety awareness.
