摘　　要：在实践中,各国政府、尤其是新兴经济体的政府总是希望并试图在企业创新实践中发挥越来越重要的影响.然而,学术界的研究却无法为政府的积极行动提供有效支撑.政府支持是否影响以及如何影响企业创新,依然存在大量未能打开的"黑箱".因此,本文对政府支持与企业创新的相关研究进行述评,希望有效推动政府支持与企业创新关系的理论与实践的发展.首先从"促进论"和"抑制论"两个方面阐述了研究的理论基础.然后对相关的经验研究进行了分析整理,并按照研究内在逻辑的发展将其划分为四种类型:政府支持整体对企业创新的影响,不同政府支持方式及其组合对企业创新的影响,情境因素的影响,中介变量的作用.在此基础上,总结了现有研究的不足,并对未来的研究方向进行了展望.In practice, governments, especially the emerging economies＇ governments, always try to play an increasingly important role in enterprise innovation. However, academic research cannot provide effective support for governments＇ action. It is still a ＂black box＂ whether and how government support influence enterprise innovation. Therefore, it made a review of the researches about government support and enterprise innovation, and expected to pro- mote the theoretical and practical development of the relationship between government support and enterprise innova- tion. First, it described extant research on two theoretical perspectives--promotion and inhibition. According to the internal logic, it classified the empirical research into four categories ： the effect of hole government support on enterprise innovation, the effect of different types of government support and their combinations on enterprise innovation, the effect of situation factors, the effect of intermediary variables. At last, it provided some directions for future research.
