摘　　要：结合西安交通大学科技创新团队建设情况,对我国高校科技创新团队建设的意义、模式和基本特征、存在的问题进行分析,进而提出解决问题的政策建议.Combined with the construction of the technology innovation team in Xi＇an Jiaotong University, it analyzed the significance, patterns, main characters and existing problems of the construction of technology innovation team in university. It also provided some policy suggestions.
