摘　　要：本文提出通过搭建高校科技教育资源共享平台,以高校科技教育团队和大学生科技社团作为其两翼,构建面向青少年科技创新人才培养的长效机制.基于由青少年群体到优异个体的递进发展模式,将提高青少年整体科学素质与培养科技创新人才相结合,为青少年科技创新人才的成长提供一个便捷的上升通道.It proposes to achieve a long-term mechanism for cultivating adolescents innovation talents through building S＆T education resource sharing platform that takes S＆T teaching teams and college student associations as its two wings. The progressive development way from adolescents group to the excellent individual combines improving the overall scientific quality of adolescents with culturing S＆T innovation talents, and provides a convenient channel for the growth of S＆T innovation talents of adolescents.
