摘  要:促进各民族学生之间的融合,营造各民族共生的育人环境,是民族院校教育义不容辞的责任。本研究基于对西北民族大学本科生的调查,采用主观指标和客观指标相结合的方式对各民族学生间的关系状况进行测量。主观指标的测量以学生自评的方式进行,客观指标的测量通过朋友之间民族属性特征的比较分析进行,得出了各民族学生之间关系较为融洽、民族融合程度较高的结论,同时提出了营造各民族共生共享的校园文化氛围和调整生源民族属性结构比例及寝室人员安排的建议。Ethnic universities shoulder the obligatory responsibility to promote integration of students of different ethnic groups and create an environment of ethnic symbiosis through education. This study is based on an investigation of undergraduate students at Northwest University for Nationalities by using both subjective and objective indicators to examine the relations among the students. The measurement of subjective indicators is based on students' self-evaluation and the measurement of objective indicators is made through a comparative analysis of ethnic characteristics among friends. The conclusion of the study is that students of different ethnic groups have a harmonious relationship and a rather high integration. Meanwhile, it also puts forward suggestions about creating a cultural atmosphere for ethnic symbiosis on campus and readjusting the ratio of ethnic property and residential pattern of students in enrollment.
