摘　　要：在社会转型期,民族高校学生干部工作压力大、学习时间少、心理负担多,心理问题无法得到及时调适,人际交往出现各种障碍等。民族高校必须注意合理使用学生干部,为其营造优良的学习工作环境;对学生干部应加强心理健康培训,培养其阳光心态;引导其以学为主,实现学习工作两不误;努力改善人际关系,强化服务意识;学会正确面对现实,调适不良情绪等。In the period of social transition, student cadres of ethnic universities are under a heavy pressure of work with less time for study and many mental burdens. Their mental problems cannot be solved in time and they often have all kinds of obstacles in interpersonal communication. Ethnic universities should make an appropriate use of student cadres and create a good environment for their study and work; enhance mental health training of the cadres to cultivate their sunshine state of mind ; guide them to spend more time on study and keep a balance between study and work; help them improve interpersonal relationship and enhance service awareness ; and at the same time, help them learn how to face reality and change their negative moods.
