摘 要:中译外是中华文化对外传播的重要渠道和工具。作为中华民族文化重要组成部分,少数民族文化的对外翻译与传播面临着译什么、如何译、谁来译等问题。本文对民族文化外译进行了多维思考,认为应该将与世界民族有"共鸣点"的经典文化传播出去。民族文化外译应该采取异化为主、归化为辅的翻译策略,尽量保持民族文化的完整性和特质性,同时兼顾目标语读者的期待视野。培养德才兼备、既有坚实语言基础又有广博文化知识的翻译人才以保证民族文化外译的质量和效果。Translation from Chinese into foreign languages is an important way of the overseas publicity of Chinese culture. Minority culture, as an indispensable part of Chinese culture, is facing such issues as what to translate, how to translate, and who will translate in its overseas publicity. This paper reconsiders these from different dimensions and holds that classic Chinese minority culture which resonates with the world should be translated. A strategy of translation, i. e. maintaining cultural fact in the original text as the fundamental structure in translated works with the supplement of target readers' expectation, ought to be taken in overseas publicity of minority culture in order to maintain its wholeness and unique features of mi- nority culture, and to meet the target readers' expectation at the same time. It is essential to train talents of translation with political integrity and professional competence, with solid language foundation and profound cultural knowledge to ensure the quality of translated works.
