摘　　要：概述了近半个世纪以来国内外稻瘟病菌生理小种鉴别体系发展的历程,着重介绍了抗稻瘟病单基因系和近等基因系创制的方法、技术及应用等,旨在为科学、高效地培育我国的抗稻瘟病近等基因系及建立田间病原菌群体无毒基因型鉴定技术提供借鉴。This paper summarized the advances in development of rice differentials for pathotyping of blast fungus in the past nearly 50 years, and introduced the methods and techniques to develop rice monogenie differentials and near isogenic lines and their application in pathotyping of blast fungus. The objective of this review is to provide some reference for developing our own rice near isogenie lines for blast resistance, and for establishing the monito- ring techniques of avirulence genotypes of blast pathogen populations in China.
