摘 要:针对矿用本安电源容量小、纹波大、输出功率小,以及煤矿井下电网波动大、供电质量差、供电不连续、适应性差等问题,采用基于TL494的控制电路,制定了合理的PWM调制策略,设计了基于MAX4211的过电流、过电压双重保护电路,研制出一种大容量本质安全开关电源,并在实验室进行了性能试验。试验结果表明,设计的本质安全电源输出纹波电压仅为200 mV,能够实现85~265 V的宽电压输入,输出功率达到18 W,并能够稳定可靠地运行。To solve the problem that the intrinsically safe power supply is of low capacity with great ripple voltage and low output power, in addition, the power supply in underground coal mine is of fluctuant, and of poor quality and discontinuous, based on TL494, a reasonable PWM modulation strategy was designed. The over current and over power double protection circuit were developed and a large capacity intrinsically safe switching power supply was invented. It has been shown by the laboratory performance tests that with the ripple voltage of 200 mV, together with the output voltage of 85~265 V and output power of 18 W, the intrinsically safe power supply can run very stably.
