摘  要:为了利用现代仿真技术准确获得带式输送机的动态特性,不仅需要建立恰当的胶带仿真模型,而且还应建立合适的胶带运行阻力模型。胶带运行阻力包括胶带和散料的弯曲阻力、托辊的旋转阻力和胶带的压陷滚动阻力。其中压陷滚动阻力是主要的运行阻力,因此运用恰当的方法对其进行正确计算非常重要。针对胶带的粘弹特性和滚动接触边界条件,运用一种基于付立叶级数的特殊边界元法对胶带进行建模仿真,仿真结果与由经验公式得到的理论结果十分吻合。最后给出了几个算例以研究不同的参数对压陷滚动阻力的影响。To get the dynamic property of the belt conveyer using the modern simulation technology,it's required to build not only a proper belt simulation model,but also a belt running resistance model.The running resistance includes the bending resistance of the belt and bulk material,rotating resistance of the roller,and sag rolling resistance of the belt which is the major one.It's important to accurately calculate them with appropriate methods.Considering the belt viscoelas-ticity and rolling contact boundary conditions,the special boundary element method based on Fourier series is adopted for modeling simulation of the belt;as it turns out,the simulation results agree well with the theoretic results from the empiri-cal formula.Furthermore,the paper provides several examples for studying the effect of different parameters on the sag roll-ing resistance.
