肝癌衍生生长因子在胃腺癌组织中的表达及意义

摘　　要：目的探讨肝癌衍生生长因子(HDGF)在胃腺癌发生、发展及转移中的作用。方法运用免疫组织化学S-P方法检测32例正常胃上皮组织、60例胃腺癌组织中HDGF的表达,同时检测血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在胃腺癌组织中的表达。采用χ2检验比较HGDF在两种组织中的表达,分析HDGF表达与胃腺癌临床病理学因素和VEGF的关系。结果胃腺癌组织中HDGF的阳性表达率为68.3%,正常胃上皮组织中HDGF的阳性表达率为25.0%,两者差异有统计学意义(χ2=15.752,P<0.01);HDGF表达与胃腺癌组织的浸润程度(χ2=6.459,P=0.011)和淋巴结转移有关(χ2=5.844,P=0.016);HDGF与VEGF表达呈正相关。结论 HDGF在胃腺癌组织中的表达显著高于在正常胃上皮组织中的表达,与胃腺癌浸润程度和淋巴结转移密切相关,与VEGF表达呈正相关,提示HDGF在胃腺癌的发生、发展及转移中具有重要作用。Objective To explore the effect of on oecurence,development,and metastasis of gastric adenocar- cinoma. Methods Based on immunohistochemical S-P method, the expression of HDGF in gastric adenocareinoma tissues of 60 cases and normal gastric epithelial tissues of 32 cases were detected, as with vascular endothelial growth faetor（VEGF） in gastric adenocareinoma tissues. Compared the expression of HDGF in both tissues and analyzed the relationship between HDGF and clinical pathology, VEGF. Results The positive rate of HDGF in gastric adenocarci- noma tissues was 68.3%, significantly higher than 25.0% in normal gastric epithelial tissues （X2=15.752, P〈0.01）. The expression of HDGF was significantly correlated to immersion degree （X2=6.459, P=O.011） and lymph node metastasis （X2=5.844, P=O.016）. HDGF was positively correlated to VEGF. Conclusion HDGF in gastric adenocarcinoma tis- sues was greater than normal gastric epithelial tissues, as well as it was closely correlated to immersion degree, lymphnode metastasis and VEGF. HDGF may have great effect on occurence, development, and metastasis of gastric adeno- carcinoma.
