摘　　要：分析了新型力量建设外驱力的构成,阐述了规模和质量是新型力量建设的核心要素,针对外驱力影响力量建设的多输入多输出系统特点,建立基于神经网络的外驱力影响模型,对影响算法进行了研究,旨在为军队或类似组织分析新型机构设置提供帮助。To analyze the structure of external driving force of new strength construction and elaborate that the scale and quality are the core elements. According to the features of strength construction in which ex- terior drive effect on multi input-output system, establish the external driving force model based neural net- work. The purpose is to offer help to the army or similar organization analysis of new institutions.
