摘　　要：目的了解新疆阿合奇县当地柯族人群幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染现状,并就性别、年龄、饮食习惯、生活环境等感染相关因素进行分析。方法随机抽取2013年4月至2013年7月来阿合奇县人民医院健康体检无胃病史柯族人群807例作为研究对象,采用胶体金法检测血清幽门螺杆菌尿素酶抗体。结果新疆阿合奇县柯族人群Hp感染率为24.29%,男性感染率为28.85%,女性感染率为20.67%,经χ2检验,Hp阳性率男女差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),经过数据分析,各年龄段Hp阳性率之间存在线性变化趋势,且阳性率随年龄增大而增加。结论新疆阿合奇县柯族人群Hp感染率较高,并随年龄的增大而增加。Objective To understand the Xinjiang AHeqi County Local Kirgiz of Helicobacter pylori （Hp）infection status,and the related factors of gender,age,eating habits,living environment and other infections were analyzed.Meth-ods From 2013 April to 2013 July were randomly selected to the AHeqi County People＆#39;s hospital physical examination without gastric history of Kirgiz people in 807 cases as the research object,using colloidal gold assay for Serum Helico-bacter pylori urease antibody.The results of the Xinjiang AHeqi county population Hp infection rate was 24.29%,the infection rate of male was 28.85%,female infection rate of 20.67%,theχ2 test,the positive rate of Hp was statistically significant differences （P 〈0.05）,through data analysis,there is a linear trend between the ages of the positive rate of Hp,and the positive rate increased with age increase.Conclusion A higher rate of conclusion Xinjiang AHeqi county population of Hp infection,and increases with age.
