摘　　要：目的研究CCL20蛋白在人炎症牙髓中的表达情况,以探讨CCL20在急、慢性牙髓炎中的可能作用,推测在炎症牙髓中CCL20表达的意义。方法临床选取正常、炎症人牙髓标本共60个,根据临床症状分为无症状组(NS组,20例)、慢性牙髓炎组(CP组,20例)、急性牙髓组(AP组,20例)3组,采用免疫组化方法检测3组标本中CCL20的表达情况。结果在健康牙髓中,CCL20无表达,在急性牙髓炎,慢性牙髓炎时,牙髓组织中CCL20在树突状细胞、浆细胞、T细胞上有不同程度的表达。结论 CCL20在人体急、慢牙髓炎中呈动态表达,CCL20可能参与调节牙髓炎。Objective Investigate the expression of CCL20 protein in dental pulp of inflammatory condition,in order to discuss the possible role of CCL20 in acute and chronic pulpitis,speculate the significance of CCL20 in the develop-ment of pulpitis.Methods Clinical specimens of human dental pulp were selected,including normal and infected pulp,a total of 60.According to clinical symptoms grouped 3 as follow：nonsymptomatic group （NS group,20 cases）、chronic pulpitis group （CP group,20 cases）、acute pulpitis group （AP group,20 cases）.Immunohistochemical technique was used to detect the expression of CCL20 in each group.Results In health dental pulp,no expression of CCL20 was de-tected.Both in acute and chronic pulpitis,different degree of expression of CCL20 was detected on Dendritic cells、T cells and plasma cells.Conclusion CCL20 shows a dynamic expression in acute and chronic pulpitis of human,and it＆amp;nbsp;may be play an important roll in regulating pulpitis.
