摘　　要：目的:探讨"军卫一号"医院信息系统如何与地方医保对接的问题。方法:分别对社会医疗保险接口和农村合作医疗保险接口的要求进行分析。结果:通过修改"军卫一号"的门诊挂号、门诊收费、住院登记和住院结算的医保接口程序,调用中间件动态库里的函数实现"军卫一号"与医保系统的对接。结论:通过对接实现了"军卫一号"医院信息系统与医保信息接口所达到的功能和要求。Objective：To discuss how to link the “No. 1 Military Medical Project”hospital network system with the local health insurance system.Methods： To analysis the interface demands of the social health insurance system and the rural cooperative health insurance system. Results： To solve the problem by modify the medical insurance interface program of the out-patient registration and charge, the in-patient registration and charge.Conclusion： the function and requirement has been realized by linking.
