奥施康定联合复方苦参注射液治疗中重度癌痛的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察奥施康定联合复方苦参注射液治疗中重度癌痛的疗效、不良反应及其对生活质量的影响。方法:将118例伴有中重度癌痛的患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,分别给予奥施康定联合复方苦参注射液和奥施康定单药治疗。结果:治疗组与对照组均能较好的控制癌痛,两组疼痛缓解率相似,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),分别为94.7%和89.3%。治疗组的不良反应发生率亦明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且随着用药时间的延长,不良反应发生率也逐渐减少。两组治疗后的生活质量均较用药前明显改善,但治疗组较对照组改善更明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论奥施康定联合复方苦参注射液能更有效地控制患者的中重度癌痛,不良反应轻,并能提高患者的生活质量。Objective：To observe the effects and safety of oxycodnone cobbined with radix sophora flaves-centis inj ection and its impact on the life quality of the patients.Methods：1 1 8 patients with moderate to se-vere cancer pain were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group by single-blind randomized controlled trail with oxycodone ,combined with composite radix sophora flavescentis inj ection or alone,administered respectively.Results：Control rates of cancer pain were similar in both two groups （94.7% VS 89.3%,P＆gt;0.05）.Incidence rate of adverse effects in thd observation group ,which minished with time ,was significant lower than in the control group （P＆lt;0.05）.Conclusion：Oxycodone combined with composite radix sophora flavescentis iinj ection may effectively ralieve the pain of moderate to severe cancer and reduce the dosage and adverse eeffects of oxycodonme ,which improves the quality of life of the patients.
