摘　　要：热转印是一种应用广泛的印刷技术,通过热转印机加工(加热加压)将转印膜上精美的图案转印在产品表面,成型后油墨层与产品表面溶为一体,逼真漂亮,提高了产品的档次。热转印工艺应用于各种ABS、PP、塑胶、木材、有涂层金属、T恤等产品表面,但由于热转印温度高,要求被印刷的物体能耐高温,对于丝袜等轻薄而不耐高温的纺织品还不能直接应用。本设计将现在一步完成的热转印工作分成两步,提前对需要转印的丝袜进行预热,将去除丝袜表面的水份和烫平转印面的工作在预热部分完成,并使丝袜预先升高温度,在接下来的转印过程中,则可以缩短转印时间,降低热滚筒温度,从而在不损坏丝袜的情况下完成热转印。Thermal transfer printing technology is a widely used press techmque that can press beautiful patterns on the pnntmg ntm to product surface through thermal pressure. Ink layer and hamonious product surface, after molding, become one, showing beautiful, greatly enhanced the grade of the product. Thermal transfer technology is applied to various ABS, PP, plastic, wood, metal, T-shirts and other product surface coating, but due to the high heat transfer temperature, the product for this printing needs high temperature proof. For thin silk stockings, this technique can not be applied directly. This design steps thermal transfer printing in two steps with preheat for transfer printing of silk stockings ahead of schedule, which will get rid of the water on the surface and the wrinkles in stockings, and raise the stockings temperature. The after transfer printing thus shortens the duration and decreases the temperature of the hot roller, thereby to complete thermal transfer printing without damage to the product.
