化痰清眩丸治疗脑动脉硬化症的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察化痰清眩丸治疗脑动脉硬化症的临床疗效。方法:将160例脑动脉硬化症患者按照平行对照、临床开放的设计方法随机分为对照组和治疗组各80例;对照组予以抗血小板药、调脂药物及控制血压、血糖等对症治疗;治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上给予化痰清眩丸口服。结果:治疗组总有效率占97.50%,对照组总有效率占86.30%,两组对比,差别有显著统计学意义(P﹤0.01)。结论:化痰清眩丸能够显著改善脑动脉硬化症患者中医证候,改善脑动脉血流速度,缓解脑动脉硬化指标。Objective ：To observe the clinical curative effect of Huatan Qingxuan Pill in the treatment of cerebral artery sclero- sis. Methods ：160 patients with cerebral atherosclerosis according to the parallel comparison were randomly divided into control group and treatment group. The control group used the antiplatelet drugs,lipid drug and other symptomatic treatments such as con- trolling blood pressure and blood sugar. The treatment group added Huatan Qingxuan Pills orally. Results：The treatment group＇s total effectiveness was 97.50% and the control group＇s was 86.30%. The two groups had significant comparative difibrence （P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion ：The Huatan Qingxuan Pill can significantly improve TCM syndrome in patients with cerebral atherosclerosis, improve cerebral artery blood flow velocity and alleviate the cerebral arteriosclerosis index.
