阿胶商品药材中氨基酸种类、含量及指纹图谱分析

摘　　要：目的：通过比较阿胶不同商品药材中氨基酸的种类、含量及其指纹图谱,评价各阿胶药材的质量。方法：采用HPLC柱前衍生化氨基酸自动分析仪,测定13批阿胶药材中18种氨基酸含量及指纹图谱。结果：所有阿胶样品中均检出16种氨基酸,其中人体必须氨基酸7种;16种氨基酸的线性方程r值均大于0.9953,平均回收率为98.1%~105.0%,RSD均小于2.0%;通过中药色指纹图谱相似度评价系统,确定20个共有峰构成阿胶药材指纹图谱的特征峰。结论：此方法可用于阿胶商品药材的品质评价。Objective ：Through the comparison of different goods donkey- hide glue＇s contents of amino acid in medicine to e- valuate the quality of medicinal materials donkey- hide glue. Methods：HPLC with pre -column derivatization method was used. Determinations of 18 kinds of amino acids in 13 batches of donkey -hide gelatin medicinal materials and chromatographic finger- print were analyzed. Results ： In the donkey - hide glue sample, 16 kinds of amino acids were detected, including seven kinds of the human body essential amino acids. The liner equation of r values of these 16 kinds of amino acids were greater than 0.9953. The average recoveries were 98.1% - 105% and RSD values were less than 2.0%. By similar/ty evaluation system for chromatograph- ic fingerprint of TCM, a total of 20 peak fingerprint characteristic peak was constituted. Conclusion ： This method can be used to the determine the amino acids in quality evaluation.
