摘　　要：陈云较早地认识到了环境污染治理和自然资源保护工作的重要性和紧迫性,提出将环境污染的防治作为政府工作的重点加以重视,并通过制定长远的规划、宣传教育、责任落实等手段推动实施,同时他要求保护森林、水力、矿山等自然资源,实现它们的可持续利用。陈云的环境保护思想对于我们今天总结建国后中国共产党认识和解决环境问题的历史,贯彻落实科学发展观、建设和谐社会具有重要意义。Chen Yun realizedearlier the importance and urgency of environmental pollution control and natural re- source protection. He proposed that the environmental pollution prevention and control was the focus of the govern- ment duty, and to push the implementation through the development of long-term planning, publicity and educa- tion, implement the responsibility means. At the same time, he asked for the protection forest, water, mines and other natural resources to realize the sustainable utilization. The idea of environmental protection of Chen Yun has great importance to summarize the history of CPC on understanding and solving the environmental issues, to imple- ment the Scientific Outlook on Development, and construct harmonious society.
