摘 要:教师誓词的出现极大地丰富了我国对教师进行入职道德教育的形式,有利于提升教师的职业认同感,明确自身所担负的时代任务。目前我国的教师誓词还处于起步阶段,尽管经过十年来教育各界的努力,在形式和内容上已经获得了长足的进步,但是存在的问题依旧不少。这些问题的解决也将直接影响我国教师誓词的发展水平,所以本文将对构建中的教师誓词所存在的问题进行分析,并尝试提出相应的解决策略。The appearance of the oath for new teachers has considerably varied the way of moral education before they start their career . It helps to improve their awareness of occupational identity and significance and make them shoulder their historical mission . Although the format and content of oath for teachers in China have made great improvement through the effort of all educational institutions in the last decade , it is still in the primary level w here many problems exist w hich could considerably hinder the development of oath for teachers . Thus , this thesis will analyze the existing problems in constructing the oath for teachers and try to find according solutions to them .
