摘　　要：研究政府干涉对双渠道销售和回收闭环供应链的影响,并提出改进的二部定价契约协调政府干涉下的双渠道闭环供应链。研究结果表明,政府干涉对闭环供应链的正向渠道没有影响,但会大大提高制造商回收的积极性;分散决策时产品的网上直销价格低于市场的零售价格,制造商的回收价格高于零售商的回收价格;政府干涉总能使零售商获益,但对制造商利润的影响存在临界点;二部定价契约能够有效协调政府干涉下的双渠道闭环供应链。最后,算例验证了协调机制的有效性。The effects of government intervention on closed-loop supply chain with dual sale and recycling channels are studied. An improved two-part pricing contract is proposed to coordinate dual-channel closed-loop supply chain under government intervention. The results show that government intervention has no effects on the forward channel in closed-loop supply chain, but it will effectively increase the manufacturer＇s remanufacturing activity; in decentralized decision-making supply chain the manufacturer＇s online direct-sale price is lower than retail price in market, the manufacturer＇s recycling price is higher than the retailer＇s recycling price; government intervention always makes the retailer benefit, but there is a critical point about the effects on the manufacturer＇s profits; two-part pricing contract can effectively coordinate dual-channel closed-loop supply chain under government intervention. Finally, a numerical example verifies the effectiveness of coordination mechanism.
