丹参酮ⅡA对人牙周膜成纤维细胞增殖的影响

摘　　要：目的研究丹参酮ⅡA对人牙周膜成纤维细胞增殖的影响。方法将人牙周膜成纤维细胞培养在含不同浓度的丹参酮ⅡA培养液中(实验组),同时设不含丹参酮ⅡA的空白对照组,24、48、72 h后,以CCK-8法检测细胞的增殖情况。结果在倒置显微镜下,实验组贴壁人牙周膜成纤维细胞数目明显减少。加药培养48、72 h,不同浓度丹参酮ⅡA组细胞的光密度(OD)值明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论丹参酮ⅡA对人牙周膜成纤维细胞增殖有一定的抑制作用。Objective To study the effect of tanshinone II A on proliferation of human periodontal ligament fibroblasts. Methods Human periodontal ligament fibroblasts was cultured in different concentrations of tanshinone II A suspension in vitro （experimental group）,control group without tanshinone II A was selected.After 24 h,48 h,72 h,cell proliferation ability was examined by CCK-8.Results Less adherent cells were found in experimental groups under an inverted mi- croscope.Meanwhile,after 48 and 72 hours culture,the OD values of experimental groups was lower than that of control group,had significant difference （P〈0.001）.Conclusion Tanshinone II A may inhibit the proliferation of human periodon- tal ligament fibroblasts.
