职业技能竞赛与涉外导游人才培养融合的案例解析——以桂林旅游高等专科学校为例

摘　　要：深度融合职业技能竞赛与人才培养是深化高职教育内涵建设,实现人才培养质量全面提升的重要途径之一.桂林旅游高等专科学校在涉外导游人才培养中,秉承“以赛促学,以赛促教”理念,以职业技能竞赛为依托,将职业技能竞赛的内容融入到专业建设、课程建设和教学改革中,不断完善人才培养方案、创新专业课程体系和教学模式、优化师资队伍、改革教学评价标准,探索出一条人才培养的新路径.Recently, there is a boom in tourism higher educaiton in China. After experiencing continued growth, the amount of tourism higher college and universities basically keep at the about 1,000 level, the population of graduate keep around the level of 0.57 millions in various colleges and universities. However the inconsistence with it is that the graduate of tourism＇s ERTI is less than 30 percent. On the one hand, a number of talents have been cultivated by the tourism higher colleges and universities, on the other hand, most of them left tourism industry for other industries, which extremely hurt the long-term, sound development of tourism higher education as well as tourism industry. This paper analyzed its harms and reasons by empirical research and proposed some solutions to solving the issue as related sectors＇ reference.
