奥美拉唑联合铝碳酸镁及马来酸曲美布汀治疗反流性食管炎的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨应用奥美拉唑联合铝碳酸镁及马来酸曲美布汀治疗反流性食管炎效果。方法将66例反流性食管炎病人分为3组,各22例。A组给予奥美拉唑、枸橼酸莫沙比利口服治疗,B组在A组基础上联合铝碳酸镁治疗,C组给予奥美拉唑、铝碳酸镁及马来酸曲美布汀治疗,共治疗4周。各组分别于治疗1周和4周后进行疗效评价。结果治疗1周后,A组、B组和C组的有效率分别为59.1%、68.2%和72.7%,不良反应发生率分别为4.5%、0、0,各组间有效率和不良反应发生率比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。治疗4周后,A组、B组和C组有效率分别为72.7%、86.4%和95.5%,C组有效率显著高于A组,差异有显著性(χ2=4.247,P<0.01);3组的不良反应发生率分别为36.4%、27.3%和4.5%,C组的不良反应发生率显著低于A组、B组(χ2=6.844,P<0.01)。结论应用奥美拉唑联合铝碳酸镁及马来酸曲美布汀治疗反流性食管炎效果明显优于其他两种治疗方案。Objective To assess the efficacy of omeprazole combined with hydrotalcite and trimebutine maleate in treating reflux esophagitis （RE）. Methods Sixty-six RE patients were evenly divided into three groups： group A, oralomeprazole and mosapride were given; group B, oral hydrotalcite plus that used in group B; group C, combined the three drugs were give, a course of 4 weeks was conducted in the three groups. The efficacy was assessed on weeks 1 and 4 after medication. Results After one week of treatment, the effective rates were 59.1% ,68.2% and 72.7%, respectively, in groups A, Band C, with side-effect of 4.5%,0 and 0, the differences between the three groups were not significant （P〉0.05）. Four weeks later, the effective rates were respective 72.7% ,86.4 % and 95.5% in groups A, Band C, that in group C was dramatically higher than that in group A （x^2=4.247 ,P〈0.01）. The incidence of side-effects among them was 36.4% ,27.3% and 4.5%, in groups A, Band C, respectively, and that in group C was significantly lower than that in groups A and B （x^2=6.844,P〈0.0l）. Conclusion The efficacy of orneprazote combined with hydrotalcite and trimebutine maleate in the treatment of reflux esophagitis surpasses the other two treatment protocols.
