摘　　要：目的 :研究胃癌穿孔患者一期切除治疗的临床疗效。方法 :选择 18例患者行一期切除治疗。结果 :一期切除治疗后 ,住院期间病死率为 0 ,吻合口瘘占 11 1% ,五年生存率 2 2 2 %。结论 :对胃癌穿孔患者 ,只要休克能纠正 ,身体状态许可 ,病灶可切除 。Purpose:To evaluate the effect of one stage resection in the treatment of perforation of gastric cancer.Methods:18 cases were treated with one stage resection. Results:After one stage resection, there was no operative mortality, the rates of anastomosis fistulas were 11.1%, the 5 year survival rate were 22.2%.Conclusions:It is feasible for patients with perforation of gastric cancer to be treated with one stage resection under the conditions that shock has been rectified, with good general status and lesions are resectable. [
