摘　　要：目的：探讨非小细胞肺癌中 ｃｙｃｌｉｎ Ａ的表达与细胞增殖活性及预后的关系。方法：采用免疫组化法检测 ｃｙｃｌｉｎ Ａ在６０例非小细胞肺癌中的表达，采用流式细胞术分析ＤＮＡ含量。结果：在非小细胞肺癌中 ｃｙｃｌｉｎ Ａ的阳性率为４８．３％（２９／６０），ｃｙｃｌｉｎ Ａ阳性者的Ｓ期细胞比例［（１４．４±３．９）％］明显高于阴性者［（９．４±３．５）％］，ｃｙｃｌｉｎ Ａ的表达与患者预后有关。结论： ｃｙｃｌｉｎ Ａ的表达与肿瘤细胞增殖活性增高密切相关，是判断非小细胞肺癌患者预后的一个可参考指标。Objective: The current study was designed to investigate the relationship between cyclin A expression in non-small cell lung carcinoma (NSCLC) and the proliferative activity and the prognosis. Methods: Cyclin A expression in 60 non-small cell lung carcinoma specimens was detected by immunohistochemical method. DNA content was measured by flow cytometry. Results: Twenty-nine cases (48. 3%) showed cyclin A expression. The median S-phase fraction of the cyclin A-positive 14. 4±3. 9% was higher than that of the cyclin A-negative 9. 4 ±3. 5%. The overall survival was significantly lower in patients with cyclin A expression than in those without cyclin A expression. Conclusion: Cyclin A expression contributed to the high proliferative activity in non-small cell lung carcinoma cells. Cyclin A might be a prognostic marker of non-small cell lung caroinoma.
