摘 要:目的了解深圳市水产品中致病性弧菌的分布特征及副溶血性弧菌的毒力基因携带情况。方法 2011年5月-2012年10月共采集5类416份水产品,分离鉴定12种致病性弧菌并检测副溶血性弧菌的耐热性溶血毒素基因(tdh)、耐热性溶血毒素相关的溶血毒素基因(trh)。结果 (1)416份水产品中分离出7种致病性弧菌457株,副溶血性弧菌(295株,64.6%)和溶藻弧菌(109株,23.9%)为优势菌群;(2)295株副溶血性弧菌中有2株tdh+trh-(0.7%),其余为tdh-trh-;(3)致病性弧菌、副溶血性弧菌、溶藻弧菌的检出率分别为71.4%、62.3%、26.2%,第三季度致病性弧菌检出率(82.1%)和副溶血性弧菌检出率(72.1%)均明显高于其他季度(P<0.01),而溶藻弧菌第四季度的检出率(42.3%)明显高于其他季度(P<0.01)。结论水产品中致病性弧菌污染严重,副溶血性弧菌极少数带有毒力基因,提示具有致病性,应加强各类水产品的常规监测。Objective To investigate the distribution of pathogenic vibrios and the virulence genes of V. parahaemolyticus in acquatic products in Shenzhen. Methods From May 2011 to October 2012,416 samples were collected from 5 kinds of acquatic products for isolation and identification of 12 kinds of pathogenic vibrios. Thermostable direct hemolysin( tdh) and tdh-related hemolysin( trh) of V. parahaemolyticus were also detected. Results 1. Seven kinds of pathogenic vibrios,including 457 bacterial strains were isolated from 416 samples,in which 295 V. parahaemolyticus strains( 64. 6%) and 109 V. alginolyticus strains( 23. 9%) were the dominant species. 2. Only 2 V. parahaemolyticus strains were found carrying tdh gene( 0. 7%),while the rest were tdh-trh-. 3. The detection rates of pathogenic vibrios,V. parahaemolyticus and V. alginolyticus were 71. 4%,62. 3% and 26. 2% respectively,and those of pathogenic vibrios( 82. 1%) and V. parahaemolyticus( 72. 1%) were highest in the third season,obviously higher than those in other seasons( P〈 0. 01). But the detection rate of V. alginolyticus( 42. 3%) in the forth season was obviously higher than that in other seasons( P〈 0. 01). Conclusion Acquatic products were seriously polluted by pathogenic vibrios. Few V. parahaemolyticus isolates from acquatic products were found carrying virulence gene,pathogenic for human. The routine surveillance should be strengthened on each acquatic product to prevent the occurrence of food-borne diseases.
