摘 要:为了解职业环境对护士行为的影响程度 ,对手术室、急救中心、内科 3组护士进行A型行为问卷调查。结果显示 :3组A型行为阳性率依次为65 .0 %、5 6.3 %、44.4% ;3组在争强好胜得分上 ,手术室组、急救中心组与内科组均分比较均有统计学差异。说明工作紧张度高的科室 ,护士A型行为阳性率增高。建议护理管理者应重视手术室、急救中心等工作压力大科室人员的配备 ,适当采取减压措施 ,以预防护士心身疾病的发生。To know the influence of vocational surroundings on the behavior of nurses, 3 groups of nurses who worked in operating room, emergency center and medical ward respectively were investigated by filling up the questionnaire on type A behavior. Results showed that positive rate of type A behavior among the 3 groups were 65.0%, 56.3%, and 44.4% respectively. There were statistical differences between the 3 groups in terms of the mean scores on winning over and seeking to do others down. It denoted that nurses worked in a high tense department had high type A behavior positive rate. Suggested that nursing administrators pay more attention to nursing staff allocation in operating room, emergency center etc. In the meantime, some measures should be taken to lighten nurses' working pressure and to prevent the mental and physical illness of nurses from happening.
