改变服药时间对住院精神分裂症病人生活状况的影响

摘　　要：为使精神分裂症病人保持精神活力 ,参加康复治疗活动 ,在不影响药物半衰期和病人治疗疗效的前提下 ,将给药时间由8:3 0和 2 0 :0 0改为 12 :0 0和 2 1:3 0 ,经临床观察 3 0例 ,采用“护理观察量表”进行评定。结果显示 :改变服药时间后 ,病人始动性和自我服务行为能力以及社会适应能力明显改善。说明改变精神分裂症病人的给药时间 ,能提高病人的生活质量。To keep active spirit of schizophrenia patients and let them participate in rehabilitation. Under the presupposition of having no affects on both medicine half-life and therapeutic effect of patients, the medicine administration time of the patients were changed from 8:30 to 12:00 and from 20:00 to 21:30 respectively. 30 cases of patients were observed, and evaluated by using“nursing observation scale'. Results showed that after medicine-taken time changed, there were marked improvements both in initiative and self-service behavior ability and social adapting ability of the patients. Denoted that by changing the medicine-taken time of patients with schizophrenia may improve the life quality of patients.
