化疗病人新旧出院指导表的临床应用效果

摘　　要：鉴于化疗病人旧出院指导表书写费时、内容不具体等缺点 ,设计了新的出院指导表 ,经临床 2 15例病人应用。结果表明 :97.7%的病人感到满意 ,97.2 %的护士认为新表书写方便、省时 ,书写时间由原来的 15min缩短至 6min ,内容具体全面。Seeing that the former discharging instruction form with some shortcomings such as time-consuming in writing, not specific in content, a new discharging instruction form was designed. 215 cases have used the new forms. Results showed that 97.2% of nurses thought that the new form was easy to fill up, the filling-up time was shortened from 15 min. to 6 min. And the new form has concrete, all-round content. 97.7% of patients were satisfied with it.
