摘　　要：CRH3型动车组是中国动车组的鼻祖,其原型车是Velaro E动车组。它是以德国铁路股份公司(DB AG)的ICE3为原型车开发研制的,最高运行速度达到350km/h,用于西班牙新建的马德里——巴塞罗那高速铁路,将2007年投入运用。由于ICE系列动车组是德国国铁的注册商标,所以西门子公司为西班牙提供的动车组定名为Velaro E,这个是西门子公司拥有自主知识产权的品牌。CRH3 trainset is the ancestor of Chinese multiple trainset, its prototype is Velaro E, Which was developed from the prototype ICE3 from DG AG, with max.operation speed up to 350km/h and operated on Spain newly built high speed line from Madrid to Barcelona, which was put into operation in 2007.due to ICE series is registered trade mark of German National Railway, so Siemens named the trainset supplied for Spain as Velaro E , it is a brand with independent intellectual property.
