摘　　要：基于熵变模型实证研究了中国移动通信的企业能力演进机理。首先论证了熵在企业能力演进中的推导过程,构建了基于耗散结构的企业能力熵变模型;其次在实证案例研究中,选取中国移动为研究对象,将其近十年的财务年报数据应用于熵变模型,揭示了中国移动的企业资源效能演进规律和生命周期发展历程演进规律。An empirical research of enterprise capability evolution mechanism is conducted based on the entropy change model.Firstly,an entropy derivation process in the evolution of enterprise capability system is demonstrated and an entropy change model for enterprise capability system is built on the basis of the dissipative structure.Secondly,selecting China Mobile as the subject,this paper calculates its financial annual report data of nearly a decade with the entropy change model revealing the evolution laws of its resource efficiency and life cycle.
