内镜下微波烧灼联合康复新液治疗疣状胃炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：探讨微波烧灼联合康复新液口服治疗疣状胃炎的疗效。方法：回顾性分析我院诊断及治疗的疣状胃炎患者,分为对照组（常规药物治疗）、治疗A组（常规药物治疗＋微波烧灼）及治疗B组（在治疗A组的基础上加用康复新液）,术后用药4周,并于术后1-2个月复查胃镜判定疗效。结果：治疗组患者治愈好转率显著高于对照组,二者间差异有统计学意义;治疗B组症状改善时间明显短于治疗A组,但治愈好转率二者之间差异无统计学意义。结论：微波烧灼联合药物治疗疣状胃炎优于单纯药物治疗,康复新液可促进黏膜修复,加快改善患者症状。Objective： To explore the effect of microwave cauterization combined with kangfuxin liquid in treatment of verrucosal gastritis. Methods： A retrospective analysis of verrucous gastritis patients in our hospital for diagnosis and therapy was done, patients with verrucous gastritis were divided into control group （routine treatment）, treatment group A （ routine therapy ＋ microwave cauterization therapy） and group B （ group A in the basic treatment plus kangfuxin liquid）, after 4 weeks of medication, and in 1-2 months after operation, the curative effect was judged by endoscopy. Results： The cure and improvement rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in control group, and there was significant difference between them; The cure rate in treatment group B was higher than that in treatment group A, but there was no significant difference between the two groups; The symptoms of treatment group B improved significantly shorter than those of the treatment group A and control group. Conclusion： Microwave cauterization combined with drugs is an effective method in the treatment of verrucous gastritis, kangfuxin liquid can promote mucosal repair,and accelerate the improvement of the symptoms.
