摘  要:目的:设计一种新型的自然头位正面照片拍摄方法,并对其所拍摄的照片进行初步时间可重复性验证。方法:设计一种基于装有单向透视玻璃的自制相机暗盒,并以此为基础建立记录自然头位正面照片的拍摄方法。利用该方法对42名受试者,分别于baseline,1 h,1 d,3 d,7 d进行拍摄,以照片中两外眦连线与水平线的夹角为检测指标,进行时间可重复性检验。结果:单因素方差(One-way ANOVA)分析和Bonferroni多重检验分析表明不同时间点拍摄的正面照片中外眦连线与水平线夹角间差异无统计学意义(P one-way ANOVA=0.9558,各组间P Bonferroni's检验>0.05)。结论:建立了一种简单易行的自然头位正面照片拍摄方法,运用此方法拍摄得到的自然头位正面照片经过初步验证具有良好的时间可重复性。Objective: To establish a new method to achieve frontal facial photographs of natural head position, and to validate the reproducibility of these photographs. Method: A customized photographic system was designed based on a cartridge featured by a one-way mirror. Using the system, we took the frontal facial photographs from 43 subjects at base- line, 1 h, 1 d,3 d and 7 d, respectively. In these photographs,the angles from the horizon to the line between the lateral canthus were measured to test the reproducibility. Result: One-way ANOVA (analysis of variance) and Bonferroni's test for multiple comparisons showed no statistically significant difference between the tested angles from the photographs captured at different time points (P one-way ANOVA=0.9558,P Bonferroni's test for each comparison〉0.05). Conclusion:Our method to achieve frontal facial photographs of natural head position was easy to implement, and was preliminarily proven to be of good reproducibility.
